4betroots(500g)
1whole butternut(diced)
500 gbroccoli
1 kgchicken breast
1 teaspoonmixed spice
1 teaspoonchicken spice
Pinchsalt
Pinchblack pepper

In a pot boil beetroot until its soft and put aside

Boil broccoli for just 10 minutes dran water and put in a bowl
3

Boil butternut and add just a bit of sugar
4

In a bowl place chicken breast,add spices,pinch of salt and black pepper then grease an oven pan and grill for just 40 minutes then you can brush with any sauce of your choice
