Boiled the milk.

Boiled the milk on low flame for 25 minutes.

When thick the milk add milk powder, sugar, cardamom powder and some chopped dry fruits

Boiled the milk for again 10 minutes on low flame.

Switch off the flame.

Keep aside, when cool this add mango puree and pour in kulfi mold.

Set in deep frizer for 7-8 hours.

Now de-mold the kulfi garnish with chopped dry fruits.
