Egg sandwich
I just created this recipe on my own this morning.

Wash all your vegetables with salt and water allow to drain.

Diced your fresh tomatoes, cabbage and any other choice of veggies.

Break the eggs mix it with veggies and fry(Spanish omelette) add a little salt and Maggi. Then mix the diced veggies with mayonnaise

Lay the bread fill it with some omelette and some mixed veggies. Then cover it with second slice of bread

Use nonstick frying pan heat it up with a low heat and add a little salted butter then grill up and down to get a golden look divide into two vertical size and serve hot.
