Put a non stick pan over the gas, heat it and add a spoonful of ghee.

Once Ghee becomes warm, add fresh grated coconut.And fry it on a low flame.

Roast coconut lightly and put mawa in it and fry it well on low flame

After this add cashew nut paste and mix it well with spoon

After this add cardamom powder one tbsp and add 8 to 10 teaspoons (use Sugar free spoon) of sugar free powder.And mix it well with a spoon.

Fry it well on slow film until it leaves ghee.

Once frying well, take it out in a plate.

Now prepare the staffing of Modak. Take some Mawa in a bowl. Add chopped raisins and cardamom powder and 2 tbsp Sugar free Powder.

Make a small ball with a mixture of Mawa.

Take a polythene on rolling board and apply a little beat of ghee on polythene.
Keep Mawa's ball on it.Cover it with polythene. And give it a round shape with the help of rolling pin. - 11
Cut it into a round shape with the help of a bowl

Now fill the staffing inside and with the help of hand give it the shape of a modak.

Now our modak is ready, keep it in a plate and garnish with the pomegranate grain, dry grated Coconut and dry fruits.
