Ingredients

4 persons
  • 9medium size potatoes
  • to tasteSalt
  • 4 tablespoonsgram flour
  • 3 tablespoonswheat flour
  • 3/4 cupwater
  • 1 pinchegg yellow coloring
  • Oil to deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the potatoes without peeling then bring them to boil.

    Once boiled, let them cool and peel them

    In a cup mix the water and the color. In a separate bowl mix the both flour, salt and pour the colored water into the mixture.

    Stir to give a smooth mixture.

    Cut the potatoes and add them to mixture.

    Finally deep fry the potatoes coated with mixture.

    Serve as desired.
