200 gmboneless chicken
3medium sized onion sliced
1 tablespoongarlic and ginger paste
1 tablespoonred chilli powder
3eggs
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededsunflower oil
As neededcornflour
As neededwater

Marinate the chicken with garlic, ginger, red chilli powder and salt and leave it for 15 minutes.

Mix the cornflour, eggs and sliced onion very well, dip the chicken pieces to it.

Oil is poured in the pan and heated. Deep fry the chicken pieces till golden brown.

Serve hot with sauce.
