Steps

Marinate the chicken with a portion of curd,garam masala,red chilli Powder,ginger garlic paste and rest for at least one hour

Add oil,heat and add the bay leaves,red chilli and garam masalas to splutter

Add onion paste saute well

Add ginger garlic paste and saute well till the raw smell disappears

Add salt and turmeric powder and the marinated chicken,saute well.

Cover it with the lid and stir occasionally

Add tomato puree mix well adding red chilli powder and jeera powder

As the masalas start leaving oil keep the flame low and add the curd mix well

Finally add ghee garam masala powder and sugar

Chicken kosha is ready serve it hot with rice or roti
