Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. Simmer over a hot stove until cooked.
Remove from the stove and drain excess water. Add the margarine, salt and pepper and mash. Set aside to cool. - 2
Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Do not cover the saucepan. Simmer over high heat, when water starts to boil, remove from heat after 3 minutes. Peel off the shell after cooling.

In 3 separate plates, place flour, beaten egg, bread crumbs.
Cover each egg with some mashed potatoes, then roll it out first in flour, then egg, lastly bread crumbs. - 4
Deep fry the eggs in hot oil until golden brown.
Ready to eat.
