Ingredients

  • 2 Bowlpasta
  • I chopped onion
  • 4blanched, chopped tomatoes
  • Ginger, garlic paste
  • 3 tbspolive oil or any vegetable oil
  • Salt,turmeric,red chilli powder,black pepper,tomato ketchup
  • Chopped dhania
  • Grated cheddar cheese
  • I capcicum cut into rings
  • 1tomato cut into rings
  • Some black olives(optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a cooking pan.

  2. 2

    Add oil, then chopped onions. Let them cook till pink in colour

  3. 3

    Now add the tomatoes & spices. Mix well

    Let it cook well

    Now add the padta in the sauce

    Stir carefully, seeing that it is mixed well

  7. 7

    Now transfer the pasta in a baking dish.

    Sprinkle the grated cheese

  9. 9

    Decorate with the capcicum,tomatoes, olives.

  10. 10

    Sprinkle some chopped corriander

  11. 11

    Bake at 180°c or till the cheese melts
