In a pan heat oil and add onions allow them to cook till soft

Add tomatoes allow to cook

Add dessicated coconut and mix

Add some water let it boil then put your fish and cover allow to cook for about 5 minutes turn your fish the other side cover let cook 5 more minutes under low heat add corriander for garnish

Serve hot with greens and ugali
