  • 1 cupWeat flour
  • 1/2 cupPowder sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cupRipe mango puree
  • 2-3 tspmilk
  • Oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl mix weat flour,salt,sugar,mango puree,and milk make a tight, soft dough

    Cover with a moist cloth and set aside for 10-15 minutes

    Knead the dough once again and roll out small puris using dough
