In a saucepan mix both broccoli and cauliflower florets, add 2 cups of water and heat the mixture for 7 minutes

In another saucepan heat carrots in 1 cup of water for 5 minutes

Once the broccoli and cauliflower become tender and soft remove from heat and drain the water. Also do the same for the carrots

In a saucepan heat the vegetable oil over medium heat, add the broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. Stir well then add salt and seasoning, stir again till all ingredients are well mixed. Cover the saucepan with a lid let it cook for 3 minutes

Remove from heat and serve it hot along with meat
