Hubby’s Chinese fried rice Hubby’s Chinese fried rice
What inspired me to come up with this method of Chinese rice was the fact that I keep seeing Chinese rice served the usual way which is mostly white in color,no tumeric or curry is usually added to it.So I tried my own method by giving it a twist which is adding tumeric to it so that I will see how it turns out to be,it actually came out yummy and delicious which made hubby to make it his favorite and since then we don’t eat Chinese rice outside but our own method at home. #Ashlab# s and h kitchen -

Kabocha Rice Made in Rice Cooker Kabocha Rice Made in Rice Cooker
Simple and fragrant. I made this for iftar and kids complained because it smelled sooo good. I used fermented garlic+candlenut. You can replace it with regular oil, but I reckon it won't smell as good. Maybe you can fry some garlic first and use the oil. I use a type of rice with the ratio of 1:1.5 (rice:water) so you might want to adjust to the type of rice that you usually cook. Angela Mertoyono -

Singapore Chicken Rice with Ginger Sauce Singapore Chicken Rice with Ginger Sauce
The Singapore chicken rice with ginger sauce I had at a cafe was so delicious. So I came up with this recipe to make it easily at home. You don't need to use fresh coriander if you don't like it! (Actually, I don't like it myself.)You can use boiled chicken instead of cooking it with the rice! The boiled chicken has a firmer texture, so choose whichever you like.
