Ingredients

  • 350 gporridge oats
  • 100 gpinhead oats
  • 200 glight brown sugar
  • 200 gunsalted butter
  • 3 tbspsgolden syrup/or honey
  • 100 gwhole almonds
  • 100 gcrushed walnuts
  • 100 gdried raisins
  • Pinchsalt
  • Spray for baking pan

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix oats nuts raisins and salt in a large bowl

  2. 2

    In a pot melt butter syrup and sugar slowly

  3. 3

    Add sugar mix to the oats mix well

  4. 4

    Bake in oven 180°C for 25/30 minutes checking and stirring every 5 minutes until toasted

  5. 5

    Allow to cool then put in an airtight jar

  6. 6

    Enjoy
