Ingredients

350 gporridge oats
100 gpinhead oats
200 glight brown sugar
200 gunsalted butter
3 tbspsgolden syrup/or honey
100 gwhole almonds
100 gcrushed walnuts
100 gdried raisins
Pinchsalt
Spray for baking pan

Steps

Mix oats nuts raisins and salt in a large bowl

In a pot melt butter syrup and sugar slowly

Add sugar mix to the oats mix well
4

Bake in oven 180°C for 25/30 minutes checking and stirring every 5 minutes until toasted

Allow to cool then put in an airtight jar

Enjoy
