Rinse and boil samp till soft

In a pan using olive oil fry onion,green,red and yellow pepper(finely chopped)add six gun grill spice then switch off the stove

When the samp is soft make sure there's no water remaining then add margarine,turmeric and aromat then add the fried onion and peppers and stir
- 4
Continue stirring then add cream of mushroom powdered soup
- 5
Serve with boiled vegetables and grilled beef meat
