Slice the sweet potatoes and unripe plantain rinse and pour in a pot

Add 2 cups water,Salt,curry,Red oil,Onion,Stock cubes,Fresh pepper and crayfish.

Boil for 15minutes,stir with a spartula very well then cover to boil again.

After 10minutes is ready very sweet dinner.
