Chop the tomatoes, onion, pickled pork skin, and cactus paddles into small pieces.

Once chopped, combine everything in a bowl.

After mixing the ingredients, add lime juice to taste.

Mix again, adding salt to taste and ground chili to taste. You can also use chopped serrano peppers if you don't like árbol chilies.
