Ingredients

  • 1 cupRoasted oats
  • 1 cupMashed potato
  • 4 tbspChopped carrot
  • 4 tbspChopped onion
  • 2 tbspChopped chillies
  • 1 tspGinger powder
  • 1 tspGarlic powder
  • 1 tbspCumin powder
  • 1 tspGaram masala powder
  • 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 2 tbspYogurt
  • Salt - As required
  • Oil - as required for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and make a dough.

    Take out small portions of the dough and make small balls of the dough.

    Flatten them with hands to form their shape like cutlets.

    Heat oil in a kadai.

    Shallow fry until both the sides are brown.
