Steps

Cut the bottom of the mushroom and discard. Wash it briefly before soaking it. After it has soften, wash it briefly. You can use the soaking water (except the water at the bottom) for cooking soup later.

Blanch pork with boiling water. Stir. Wash with cold water.

Put all ingredients except goji berry into the pot. Add water about an inch above ingredients.

A) For cooking using electric pressure cooker, select soup setting. B) For cooking on stove top, cook on medium high fire for half an hour before turning to low for one hour. Add water if necessary.
