Steps

Take watermelon rinds, remove green part and use white soft part for halwa

Grate white part and roast in ghee (for app. 15 min) till soft.

Add sugar and cook till all water absorbs and add elaichi powder.

In another wok roast khoya till golden brown.

Add this khoya in halwa and mix well

Cook for 5-10 mins

Add dry fruits and transfer in serving bowl

Watermelon Rind Halwa is ready.
