Ingredients

  • 1 kgcarrots
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 10-15Almonds
  • 2 tbspSultanas
  • 2 litersMilk
  • 3 piecesIliki
  • 2 tbspGhee

Steps

30-40 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil 2 litre milk

  2. 2

    Peel carrots 1 kg wash and grate them using large size

  3. 3

    Once milk is boiled put the grated carrot and iliki till the milk evaporates

  4. 4

    Add sugar stir until the water finishes and add two tablespoons of ghee till it dries up..

  5. 5

    Decorate with almonds and sultanas
