Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Pomegranate and Orange Glaze

Ingredients

  1. Marinade:
  2. 1/4 cupfresh orange juice
  3. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  4. 2 tbspfreshly grated ginger
  5. 2 tbsppomegranate syrup
  6. 2 tbsphot mustard
  7. 1orange - grated zest
  8. 2 tspfinely minced garlic
  9. Sauce/ Glaze:
  10. 1/3 cuporange juice
  11. 3 tbsphoney
  12. 3 tbsppomegranate syrup
  13. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  14. 2 tbspreserved marinade

Cooking Instructions

    To assemble the marinade combine all ingredients stir until incorporated.

    add 2 pork tenderloins and marinade mix to a zip top bag for 2 to 4 hours.

  3. 3

    Grill tenderloins on a very hot grill for about 4 to 5 mins a side.

    Baste the meat with the glaze at every turn with a brush.

  5. 5

    Remove meat from the grill when it temps at about 140. Cover and let rest for 10 to 15 mins.

    Cut meat into medallions and serve.
