Ingredients

  • Marinade:
  • 1/4 cupfresh orange juice
  • 2 tbspsoy sauce
  • 2 tbspfreshly grated ginger
  • 2 tbsppomegranate syrup
  • 2 tbsphot mustard
  • 1orange - grated zest
  • 2 tspfinely minced garlic
  • Sauce/ Glaze:
  • 1/3 cuporange juice
  • 3 tbsphoney
  • 3 tbsppomegranate syrup
  • 2 tbspsoy sauce
  • 2 tbspreserved marinade

Steps

  1. 1

    To assemble the marinade combine all ingredients stir until incorporated.

  2. 2

    add 2 pork tenderloins and marinade mix to a zip top bag for 2 to 4 hours.

  3. 3

    Grill tenderloins on a very hot grill for about 4 to 5 mins a side.

  4. 4

    Baste the meat with the glaze at every turn with a brush.

  5. 5

    Remove meat from the grill when it temps at about 140. Cover and let rest for 10 to 15 mins.

  6. 6

    Cut meat into medallions and serve.
