Muri Ghonto or Fish head Biryani is an authentic Bengali dish...
Steps

Marinate the fish head with salt, red chilli & turmeric powder.

Heat oil & fry it well.After that take out from oil.

Fry the boiled potato in the same oil & keep aside.

Now add whole spices in the oil & fry it for few minutes.

Add chopped onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste.Saute it for a while & make a soft mixture of if.

Add all spices & 1/2 cup of hot water.

Add fried potato & fish head.Mix it well with spices.

Add cooked rice & mix with the mixture.Cover it & let it cook for few minutes.

After that adjust salt & add ghee.

Its ready now.Switch off the flame & serve it hot with salad.
