Mix sooji rava and maida flour soda salt and water.. knead a tight dough keep to rest it for 30 mins and make pooris and deep fry..

For paani.. take water as much u want to make pani add kala namak jeera powder amchoor powder salt and pani is ready now boil green peas until cooks well and cut onions now fill into pooris and serve with pani
