Ingredients

45 minutes
2 servings
  1. 15potatoes
  2. 1onion
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. Crushed ginger
  5. Black pepper powder
  6. 1hot chilli
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1lemon (optional)
  9. Deep frying oil

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel and wash the potatoes then cut them. Heat the deep frying oil and put the already cut potatoes to fry. Put a little at a time so the potatoes can cook well and faster. If the oil is nicely hot it will take approximately 8 minutes for the chips to cook well after which you set aside where oil can drip out of the chips

  2. 2

    After you are done deep frying all the potatoes get a pan put in a little oil and fry the chopped onion then ginger, black pepper, hot chilli and Tomatoes add salt and lemon juice if you like.

    When tomatoes are cooked well add the chips turn slowly until it mixes with the fried ingredients. Then serve and enjoy your meal
