It’s been a while I baked so thought of cake for breakfast

Cream sugar and butter for 10min with a mixer.

Sieve flour,add baking powder and add nutmeg grated mix properly.

Break egg whisk until foamy then add to the creamy mixture.

Preheat oven with 120c

Then pour the flour into the creamy mixture and stir very well.
- 6
Oil pan,spoon mixture into pan,sprinkle coconut at the top.

Place in the oven and bake for 15min with 100c.
