  1. 2 kgturkey pieces
  2. 3 clovesgarlic, minced
  3. 2 tbspvinegar
  4. 1onion, chopped
  5. 1red pepper, chopped
  6. 1carrot, peeled and chopped
  7. 2 tbspground chicken stock
  8. 3 tbsoil

    Marinate turkey with minced garlic, chicken stock and vinegar

  2. 2

    Steam in the pot on a medium heat until half done

  3. 3

    Add diced onion, red pepper and carrot with oil. Continue to cook until completely cooked through.
