Ingredients

  1. 500 gflour
  2. 250 gmargarine
  3. 250 gsugar
  4. 3eggs
  5. Juice from one orange
  6. 1 tablespoonorange zest
  7. 2 1/2Teáspoon baking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream the margarine n sugar till light n fluffy

  2. 2

    Add the eggs to the mixture

  3. 3

    Add the juice n zest

  4. 4

    Sift in the flour n baking powder

  5. 5

    Pour on Baking tray n bake for 45 minutes

  6. 6

    Cool for two hours.then decorate
