Take a bowl and put Maida and baking powder mix well now add 2tbsp ghee and knead the dough with water.

Keep aside the dough for 10-20min.

Now add mawa in pan and saute untill light pink add sugar and cardamom lightly roast the mawa and switch off the flame.

Take out the in plate and cool down.

Now take dough and make medium size 7-8 balls.

Now roll the all roti now take 1st roti and spread melted ghee and dust little flour put 2nd roti on it now spread ghee dust flour put 3rd roti put all roties like that.

Now press it lightly roll and cut in 4 square pieces.

Now roll all square pieces and put stuffing in center and fold and seal with water.

Now add oil in kadhai deep fry all the pargri in medium flame.

Now make sugar syrup add sugar and water in pan and make 2-3thread consistency syrup I made little cristlize style.

Now pur the syrup on hot pargri and garnish with pista.
