500 gmsPrawns (deveined)
250 gmsRidgegourd
2Drumsticks
2Onions finely chopped
1 tbspGinger garlic paste
1 tspCoriander powder
1/2 tspGaram masala
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspCumin
1 tspTurmeric
1 tbspRed chilli powder

Take a pan add some oil

Saute cumin, onions, ginger garlic paste

After turning brown add prawns

Drumsticks and Ridgegourd

Turmeric, salt, coriander powder, garam masala powder

Don't add water much water, cover the lid and simmer

Let it cook in it's own juices.

Don't add too much masalas when you mix veggies to nonveg as they loose the flavor

Keep always min masalas and cook in it's own juices
