Steps

Mix curd and rawa and keep it aside for 10-15 min add water to get the required consistency

Now add salt and eno and mix it well

Pour the mixture in dhokla making pot(greace the pot before pouring mixture)

Cook it for about 15 min in medium flame

Then check it whether it's cooked or not

Now in a pan take oil for tadka, add mustard seeds,green chillies and curry leaves and then add dhokla to it and mix it well.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves

Serve hot with tomato sauce and tamarind sauce
