Steps

Marinate the mutton with salt chilli powder cumin coriander powder ginger garlic paste and Onion slices

Heat oil in a pan add Potatoes and saute well till the Potatoes become golden brown

Now remove Potatoes add more oil temper jeera seeds bay leaf and red chilli

Saute onion slices well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add ginger garlic paste saute well

Now add the mutton saute and simmer

Just cover and saute inbetween to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pan

Now add the Potatoes and saute well adding red chilli Powder

As the masala starts releasing oil add water and cover

As the mutton and Potatoes get cooked well add sugar and garam masala powder
- 11
Sprinkle ghee and serve it with plain rice or chapati
