Steps

First wash tomatoes and keep aside

Add oil and butter in a pan

Then add grated onion and garlic. Saute for a while.

Then add tomato, salt

When tomatoes will be soft add 1glass of water.

When cooked let cool and grind and drain puree through sieve

Add puree into a pan. Add salt and blackpepper. When start boiling add cornflour mixed with water.

When the liquid will be thick add cream and serve.
