Methi Chicken

Clean and wash the chicken thoroughly and drain the water. Wash Methi leaves and keep aside.
Marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste and a little salt for half an hour - 2
Heat oil in a pressure pan. Add sliced onions and chillies and fry till the onions turn pink.
Add the marinated chicken and mix well.
Cover and cook for few minutes, stirring occasionally, till the chicken loses it's rawness.. - 3
Add Methi leaves, chopped tomatoes, mix and let it cook for few minutes.Add turmeric, chilli powder, dhania powder, salt and ½ cup water. Mix well. Cover and pressure cook for 3 whistles. Let it rest for a while.

Open lid, add curry leaves, garam masala and salt if necessary.
Mix and cover and cook on sim for 5 minutes or till the oil seperates. - 5
Serve hot with Bagara rice / Rotis and Naans
