Place the flour in a bowl. In a small cup, mix the yeast with warm water and sugar until it doubles in size. Pour it over the flour, add salt and oil, and knead with warm milk. Let the dough rise.

For the sauce, grate the tomatoes, then add tomato paste, oil, and sugar.

Add salt, black pepper, and a bay leaf. Cook over heat until done, then remove from heat.

Once the dough has risen, roll it out and cut into circles using a round cutter. Place them on a baking sheet.

Top each circle with sauce, then tuna, cheese, and black olives. Bake in the oven until cooked, then remove and let cool. Enjoy!
