Ingredients

  • 3 cupAll Purpose Flour
  • ¾ cupOil
  • 1 tspSalt
  • ½Lemon juice
  • 1 cupChana Daal (Gram Daal)
  • 1 cup Yellow Moong Daal (Yellow Bean Sprouts) boil in salt and turmeric powder and strain water
  • ½ cupGreen peas (boiled in daal)
  • 2 tbspCoconut (grated)
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tspCummin seeds
  • 4Green Chillies and Small pc of Ginger pounded
  • To tasteSalt
  • 2-3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • ½ tspGaram masala
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • As neededCoriander leaves
  • 1 tspGarlic paste
  • 1 Lemon juice

Steps

    1) In a pan put 3 tbsp oil and kip on flame, add mustard seeds, cummin seeds and garlic paste, ginger chilli paste and let splutter
    2) Add daal peas and spices remuv from flame do not cook...
    3) While hot add onions, coconut, chopped coriander and mix well...
    let it cool...
    4) Mek pingpong balls of de dough and daal separately...
    5) Tek one dough ball and spread using oil into smol puri on yor palm and place daal ball in centre, bring it up de puri to seal it...

    6) The dough is smooth it wil spread and form a ball...
    7) Wen ol done deep fry in oil to golden brown colour on low or medium flame or cn hlf done and kip in freezer for future use....
