Ingredients

  • 1 bowlcleaned,washed and chopped palak
  • 200 gmsgram flour (besan)
  • 3-4chopped green chillies
  • handfulcoriander leaves
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspblack salt
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • Water to make batter
  • For frying oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients with water to combine everything well

  2. 2

    The batter should be thick and not runny

  3. 3

    Take a small lemon sized portion from the batter and drop in hot oil

  4. 4

    Fry until crisp and golden.

  5. 5

    Serve with sauce or chutney.
