Steps

Heat oil deep fry the Potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder and keep aside

Add whole garam masalas,bay leaf red chilli and shahi garam masala for tempering

Now saute the ginger paste

Add tomato puree saute adding salt and turmeric powder
- 5
Add cashew-raisins paste and poppy seeds paste and saute well
- 6
When oil starts releasing pour the Potatoes and saute well
- 7
Add red chilli Powder mix
- 8
Add little water and simmer
- 9
Finally add sugar ghee and garam masala powder
- 10
Serve it with paratha or naan
