Ingredients

10 minutes
1 serving
  • 1 cupMurmura
  • 1Tomato
  • 1Onion
  • to tasteGreen chilli paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspmustaed seeds
  • as neededoil
  • as neededKadhhi patta(limdi/curry leaves)

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak murmura in water for 1 or 2 minutes

  2. 2

    Heat oil add mustard seed when crackle add hing and onion saute for a minute and add tomato saute for some time

  3. 3

    Add ginger chilli paste and salt now add wet murmura

  4. 4

    After 1 minute switch off the gas

  5. 5

    Murmura khichdi is ready

  6. 6

    You can use capsicum too.
