In a big bowl mix semolina, Rice flour,all purpose flour or maida,salt,cumin,onion,ginger,chillies.

Add enough water to get a thin consistency batter.

Keep it aside for 30mins.

Heat a tawa or griddle.

Keep the flame in medium.

Now Sprinkle the batter with hands or a spoon in a circular motion.

Add ghee or oil on the sides of the Dosa.

Fry the Dosa till crispy and golden brown.
- 9
Serve with Coconut chutney or sambhar.
