  • 3 cuprice
  • 4fresh pepper (blended)
  • 1 sachettomatoes paste
  • 2 tablespooncrayfish
  • 3knorr cube
  • 1onion bulb chopped
  • 4 tablespoonvegetable oil
  • Fried beef
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil rice for 10min.Then wash and strain in a basket.

  2. 2

    Put pot on fire,then add vegetable oil allow to hot for 3min.

  3. 3

    Add onions,pepper,tomatoes then stir for 2min.Pour water then add crayfish,knorr cube,salt.

  4. 4

    Allow to boil for 5min then add the washed rice.Let water to dry off after 7min.Then mix everything together,serve the rice with fried beef.
