Take 2tbsp spoon ghee and roast gram flour on a slow flame for 2-3mins. Now take out mixture and add mawa in same pan and roast till ghee is released. Add dry fruits powder and roasted flour and then switch off the flame. Allow it to cool completely add Cardamom powder
Now take all purpose dough and add 2 tbsp ghee and knead dough tight like puri and rest for 15mins.
Now add castor sugar 1/2cup in mawa mixture and mix well. - 2
Now make a small balls from dough and make a mixture balls also. Roll thin puri and stuff mawa balls and seal like kachori. Remove extra dough from the point and press with light hand and shape like a patty. make all ghari like this.
Now put a flat pan nonstick and pour ghee to fry ghari and fry on all ghari on medium flame. pour ghee with the spoon. It should be pink in colour. Allow it to cool all ghari and dip in a melted ghee bowl. - 3
Now take a bowl of ghee and add 1/2 cup castor sugar and beat properly so colour changes and feel light and pour on a ghari with spoon and set in freeze for 1/2hr.
Take out from freeze and make second layer and let it to set on a ghari
Now serve garnish with chopped pistachios and kesar strands and serve bhusu with ghari
