Zobo is packed full of nutrients and also a very nourishing drink to the body. I love to make mine as natural as possible without the addition of artificial sweeteners except sugat. So i add the shaft from my mixed juiced fruit.

Rinse the zobo leaves properly and add the ginger root, and mixed fruit shaft. Then boil for 1hr

Be careful to pour into a container and allow to cool down

Let it sit for hrs until it is completely cold to the touch.

Use a tiny mesh sieve and sieve out the juice from the zobo shaft

Add the sugar, and Some juice with the vanilla flavour

Pour in containers and chill in the fridge
- 7
Zobo ferments from 2 weeks or there about in the fridge so be sure to freeze if made in large quantity
