Heat oil in khadhai. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Allow them splutter. Then add urad dal and cook till it turn brown in colour.

Now add some finely chopped vegetable and onion.

Now take rava in the bowl and add some curd and salt.

Make batter from it.

Now add some vegetables and keep it aside.

Add grinded poha in the batter and stir it well.

Now mix the batter well and add some eno in it.

Heat the appam skillet and add oil in each of it groves

Now add some mixture in the grove.

Cover the pan and cook for 5 mins

Flip the appam with the help of spoon and cook it for another 2 mins.

Instant appe is ready to be served. Serve it hot with coconut and coriander chutney.
