Summer is the season where everyone look forward for Mangoes..., let it be fruits or raw... Instant Mango chutney can be made in very less time and can be stored for almost 15days in refrigerator.

Summer is the season where everyone look forward for Mangoes..., let it be fruits or raw... Instant Mango chutney can be made in very less time and can be stored for almost 15days in refrigerator.
Steps

Wash and clean mangoes and curry leaves. Take mangoes, red chillies,garlic,jeera and curry leaves.

Cut mango into small pieces and keep aside.

Take 2tsp oil in a pan. Add jeera, garlic and red chillies. Fry till nice aroma comes. Let it cool before we grind

Grind the above by adding required salt and pinch of hing

Once it's grinded, add mango pieces and grind again..

For seasoning the chutney: heat 1tsp oil in a pan, add mustard,jeera,chana dal and curryleaves. Add a pinch of hing. Add this to the chutney.
