  • Toast
  • 2 cupshot heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoonsbutter
  • 1 tablespoonflour
  • 3/4 teaspoonssalt

    Melt butter stir in flour.

    Add salt slowly stir in cream

  3. 3

    Stir until it thickens and pour over dry toast

  4. 4

    Butter may be omitted and blend flour with a little cream.
