Ingredients

30 meat balls
  1. 2 lbslean ground meat
  2. 3 slicesbread
  3. 1 cupmilk
  4. 1egg
  5. 3/4 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
  6. 2 tablespoonsItalian seasoning
  7. 1 tablespoonground garlic
  8. 1 tspSalt
  9. 1 tspBlack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Place bread in large mixing bowl. Add milk and egg on top. Mix thoroughly with hands.

    Add ground beef and all other spices to the bowl. Mix all well.

  3. 3

    Form 1 inch balls by hand and place in muffin tins or other baking sheet.

    Place in preheated 400 degree oven. Bake 30 minutes until brown.

    Take out of oven and serve with your favorite marinara or sauce. Enjoy!!

It was the first time I had made meatballs ever in my life, and they were a big hit. I followed the recipe with extra twist... I added one and a half tsp of crushed red pepper. I will definitely be making them again.
