It is very healthy, with minimal use of oil..

Steps

Mix all the ingredients in bowl.

Add the chicken pieces and mix well

Add the capsicums and onions into the bowl

Marinate the chicken over night or at least 4hours

Arrange the chicken, capsicums and onions in skewers

Place a tawa onto the gas stove

Drizzle little oil

When the tawa is hot, place the skewers onto the tawa

Turn in between for even cooking..

When the chicken gets tender,it is done..

For smoky flavour,place a small metal bowl on the tawa(with the grilled chicken)

Heat a piece of charcoal,when it is hot,put it into the metal bowl,add a spoon of ghee to it

As soon as ghee is added,there will be smoke.

Cover the tawa, with a lid.

Leave it for sometime.

Garnish the dish with salads.
