Wash rice, bring water to boil, put rice in boiling water. Boil rice until good - dont make it to soft or hard.

Wash lettuce cucumber and tomato, cut up for salad.

Bring lentil peas to boil and put in onion, garlic and pepper. You can season to taste, I use some coconut milk powder and maggi seasoning for flavour. Cook until peas soft..ready to serve
