Cooking Instructions

Peel n wash the potatoes n julienne into long thin strip and soak in the water about 1 minutes and let drain for 5 minutes

Slice thin the onion

Chopped green onion

Put 2 tsp vegetable oil add potatoes and onion in a pan (do not preheat) hot oil maybe splash eveywhere because of moisture in the potatoes. Pan fry while stirring constantly on high heat for 3 minutes. Lower the heat to low n pan fry for 5 minutes or until the potatoes become soft,stir frequently

Add 1-2 salt (taste and add gradually)and 1/2 tsp black or white paper n mix well

Sprinkle with the green onion and serve on the plate. Enjoy,😉

I just threw together this Korean-style sautéed garlic shoots.It turned out that these were my husband's favorite.He said when his mother would make them in Korea, she'd stir-fry them with baby fish.This is one of my husband and daughter's favorite dishes.You can also use tubed garlic.In that case, use about 1-1 and 1/2 teaspoons.
